Melissa is a wife, mother to two amazing kids and 3 fur babies. Everyone calls her Mel. She is passionate about health and wellness for the mind and body and has worked successfully in the industry for several years. One of her favourite practices has always been yoga. Bernadette (PT, FIS) has been in the health and fitness industry for over 25 years as a fitness specialist and personal trainer.
She is certified in yoga, pilates, Tabata and all group fitness modalities. Bernadette is passionate about living a clean, active and healthy lifestyle and sharing her knowledge with her students and clients to help them do the same.
As a resident of Beachville, Bernadette enjoys gardening, walks in our great trails and spending time with her amazing husband, 4 awesome boys and 3 four legged furry friends.
Cynthia has her bachelors of science in Kinesiology, and has over 10 years of experience as a massage therapist.
She was originally drawn to yoga for stress relief and to assist in her conditioning as a runner and triathlete.
Cynthia is a 200-hour Kripalu Yoga teacher. Kripalu yoga has taught her that the practice is not only about stretching the body, but that it contains many principles applicable to the health of body, mind and spirit, not only on the mat but off.
When she is not practicing yoga, you can find her at her massage therapy practice, enjoying the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with friends and loved ones.
Emily (Buti Yoga Certified Instructor/ Reiki Master) is passionate about all things woman wellness related, she believes that by empowering woman we can empower men too.
To Emily, Buti yoga is much more then just a physical practice, but it fiercely marries the spiritual and physical worlds together offering a truly life changing experience.

Erin Miller 500 ERYT brings her vast yoga experience and shares an eclectic mix of yoga styles.
From the soft stylings of yin yoga stretches to the dynamic expressions of acrobatic inspired yoga, Erin will lead you on a journey of compassionate curiosity and joyful growth.

Leanne is a Certified Canadian Yoga Alliance 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher. She love to inspire and guide people to connect through yoga, to their inner self; learning to stand firmly in their Truth and to shine their Light from the inside out.
Leanne enjoys and teaches many different types of classes from gentle to flow to children's yoga.
As a busy mom working across South Western Ontario as a full-time mediator and dispute resolution officer, Kelly finds strength and balance in her BUTI yoga and Sleek Technique practices. They are truly the yin to her yang.
Kelly has a dance and Pilates background and is a certified BUTI yoga and Sleek Technique instructor. She is very excited to be the first to share the Sleek method with the local community!
When Kelly is not at the studio, you can often find her indulging in good food & wine with even better company, chatting up a storm with family and friends, or partaking in games and outdoor adventures.
Movement is truly medicine and the feeling of self-confidence and empowerment that one gets from moving to the music must be experienced. Come and escape with Kelly for a truly fun and energetic workout!
Makhaya was born and raised in Bozeman, Montana, USA. She grew up loving the outdoors and practiced an active, healthy lifestyle from a young age. She enjoys cooking, hiking, biking, working out, and doing pretty much anything outdoors! Makhaya is a dance teacher as well as a registered yoga teacher. She is 200hr certified through 5 Elements Yoga Teacher Training Program and the Yoga Alliance.
Certified to teach Hatha yoga, including vinyasa flow, prenatal and postnatal yoga. Her teaching focuses on wholistic yoga benefits, connecting breath with movement, mindfulness, alignment and balance(both physical and inwardly) in a fun supportive environment. Makhaya’s goal is to encourage participants to appreciate the bodies they are in, as they explore their personal practice through mindful movements within their range of motion!
I am passionate about teaching yoga because of the benefits that come with it. The more you practice yoga, the more you yearn to be in that yoga frame of mind.
Yoga brings serenity - peaceful, yet at the same time a great physical release. Over the last 10 years, I have seen students come to class wound up from their day of work and leave with the calmness that can last until the next time they come to their mat. There is nothing better than seeing everyone in savasana at the end of a class - the beauty of stillness and happiness, where no one wants to leave.
I consider myself a lifelong learner and through my studies so far, I have certified as a 500 ERYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) and have qualifications in Foundations of Chair Yoga and Mat Pilates, in addition to being a personal trainer.
Krista is a wife, mother of 3 and a certified BUTI yoga instructor. From a young age sports and physical activity has always been a big part of her life.
Krista fell in love with BUTI yoga not just for the physical benefits, but for the self love and confidence this practice teaches people.
With her passion for helping and motivating others, BUTI was the perfect fit.

Lisa completed her Buti Yoga Certification in 2019, less than a year after taking her first class as a member of the Kure community. Being a former collegiate athlete, Lisa was drawn to the physically-intense nature of Buti, it’s ability to facilitate emotional release, along with its heavy focus in intuitive, primal and dynamic movement.
Lisa brings enthusiasm and high-level energy into all her Buti classes and the physical intensity of her practice is always met with the same level of humour and fun.
Join Lisa on the mat, and you can expect a fun and intense workout that will leave you feeling grounded, smiley and sweaty!
From a very early age Chris discovered his passion for health and fitness. His career path was set, he just had to find his place within the industry that represented his values. His search took him all over the industry leaving his with a unique perspective on movement, how the body works and how to optimize both body and mind through a multitude of modalities.
His athletic pursuits have been vast leading him to a spot in the world championships back in 2016 where he raced against the wolds top athletes and won gold in Agatsu's Kettlebell sport competition in the snatch event in 2015.
He strives to teach his clients how to be self sufficient when it comes to their health and fitness so they are confident enough and motivated enough on their own to create a life they truly love.
Maggie is a wife and mother of 2. She works as a full time educational assistant in Ingersoll. She started doing yoga while pregnant and fell in love with the movement, breath work and calmness that yoga provides. She was one of KURE'S first members and went on to get certified shortly after.
Maggie has always loved sports and was active in ringette and running.
When not working you will find Maggie hanging out with her family, spending time with her animals, swimming or enjoying the outdoors.
