KURE Light Flow
This practice is a gentle hatha flow which focuses on holding gentle poses longer. Through this practice, you will both connect and restore the body, mind and soul. KURE light flow encourages a strong steady flow from posture to posture with focus on strength, openness, stillness, awareness and breath.
KURE Buti Yoga
BUTI Yoga - is a high intensity yoga based workout with a dynamic asana practice fused with primal movement, tribal dance and deep core engagement. We play sweet beats that take us through the class. We will have you sweating and feeling amazing! The energy in the room is always incredible. Get ready to SWEAT!!
KURE Barre This low impact fusion class combines ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, Yoga and Strength training. A full body workout focusing on high reps of small range movements guaranteed to get your heart rate up, challenge your balance and strengthen your core.
KURE Buti Deep
Deep is a restorative movement sequence that utilizes the Spiral Technique to connect mind and muscle and catalyze vibrational change on a cellular level. Deep is low impact and focuses on micro-movements with physical touch to connect the brain to innervated muscle and restructure the deep core. Designed to prevent injury, restore innervation and assist in the recovery of bladder/ uterine prolapse and diastasis recti. Consider it the restorative practice to your Buti class. Amazing work for your abdominal muscles and all over body and mind!!
Each movement is synchronized to a breath. The breath is given primacy, acting as an anchor as you move from one pose to the next. The dynamic mix of sweat and spirit will challenge you to step up your edge, and unlock your hidden potential.
A passive and contemplative practice where the postures are held for a longer duration of time to increase circulation and flexibility, reducing stress and ultimately encouraging deeper relaxation.

KURE Hot Power Core Fusion
A powerful and dynamic class targeting the fundamental strength of the entire core along with lengthening and releasing of the entire body. You can be ABSolutely sure to feel the benefits of the class in NO time.
BlissFlow is much less a "fitness" class as it is a total Mind/Body experience. Blending functional movements and beneficial poses with carefully selected soundtracks, meditations and the utilization of certain earth elements. BlissFlow is something truly unique. The main goal is to leave you in a state of powerful bliss feeling empowered, confident, strong and ready to take on whatever life may throw your way.
A HIIT style class that starts with arms, followed by body and legs finished with abs. You will push, sweat, and move during this 1 hour class. An easily addictive class that provides a great work out, wonderful stretch and the best part of all a savasana. All levels welcome!
BUTI Hot Core
Buti HotCore uses movements to TRANSFORM the LOOK, TONE, and FUNCTION of the DEEP CORE. This 30 minute class is broken into intervals to maximize muscle toning, and functionality. This is a great workout for those looking to enhance core strength and push the limits of their yoga practice.
KURE BUTI Bands
This class allows you to add resistance training on to your yoga practice. Resistance training helps strengthen the stabilizing muscles of the joints helping you advance in your yoga and fitness practices. Moving against resistance helps slow the movement and allow the body to integrate deep stabilizing muscles that might have been missed in previous fitness attempts leading to the initial injury.
Like other buti classes, music and energy is high and sweaty! This is a HIIT style format.
KURE Vinyasa Flow
In this class poses are strung together with the steady cycle of inhales and exhales providing you with a calming, mental focal point. The continual movements from one pose to another gives you added cardiovascular strengthening ending with the relaxational benefits of savasana.
