KURE Light Flow

This practice is a gentle hatha flow which focuses on holding gentle poses longer. Through this practice, you will both connect and restore the body, mind and soul. KURE light flow encourages a strong steady flow from posture to posture with focus on strength, openness, stillness, awareness and breath.

KURE Buti Yoga

BUTI Yoga - is a high intensity yoga based workout with a dynamic asana practice fused with primal movement, tribal dance and deep core engagement. We play sweet beats that take us through the class. We will have you sweating and feeling amazing! The energy in the room is always incredible. Get ready to SWEAT!!

KURE Barre This low impact fusion class combines ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, Yoga and Strength training.  A full body workout focusing on high reps of small range movements guaranteed to get your heart rate up, challenge your balance and strengthen your core.

KURE Buti Deep

Deep is a restorative movement sequence that utilizes the Spiral Technique to connect mind and muscle and catalyze vibrational change on a cellular level. Deep is low impact and focuses on micro-movements with physical touch to connect the brain to innervated muscle and restructure the deep core. Designed to prevent injury, restore innervation and assist in the recovery of bladder/ uterine prolapse and diastasis recti. Consider it the restortive practice to your Buti class. Amazing work for your abdominal muscles and all over body and mind!!

KURE Power 

Each movement is synchronized to a breath. The breath is given primacy, acting as an anchor as you move from one pose to the next. The dynamic mix of sweat and spirit will challenge you to step up your edge, and unlock your hidden potential.


A passive and contemplative practice where the postures are held for a longer duration of time to increase circulation and flexibility, reducing stress and ultimately encouraging deeper relaxation.

KURE Yogalates

A fusion class melding the elements of pilates and yoga while building core strength and stretching the body. This combo is a great addition to your practice and will leave you toned, healthy and with a stress free mind.

KURE Hatha

Hatha Yoga is a more basic and gentle practice with a focus on alignment, and physical and mental benefits of each pose. Hatha yoga is the perfect choice for a novice yogi.

In addition to asana practice, Hatha yoga utilises breath in the form of pranayama exercises (controlled breathing techniques) and meditation which is at the heart of traditional Hatha yoga.


This class allows you to add resistance training on to your yoga practice. Resistance training helps strengthen the stabilizing muscles of the joints helping you advance in your yoga and fitness practices. Moving against resistance helps slow the movement and allow the body to integrate deep stabilizing muscles that might have been missed in previous fitness attempts leading to the initial injury. 

Like other buti classes, music and energy is high and sweaty! This is a HIIT style format.
