KURE Light Flow

This practice is a gentle hatha flow which focuses on holding gentle poses longer. Through this practice, you will both connect and restore the body, mind and soul. KURE light flow encourages a strong steady flow from posture to posture with focus on strength, openness, stillness, awareness and breath.

KURE Buti Yoga

BUTI Yoga - is a high intensity yoga based workout with a dynamic asana practice fused with primal movement, tribal dance and deep core engagement. We play sweet beats that take us through the class. We will have you sweating and feeling amazing! The energy in the room is always incredible. Get ready to SWEAT!! 

 

KURE Barre/Yoga Fusion 

This class is a fusion of Barre and yoga movement. Build your strength while you tone muscle and improve flexibility. 

You are welcome to bring your own 1-3 lb. Hand weights or balls to this class, but it is not required.

All levels welcome.

KURE Yin Yang

Yin Yang yoga blends two styles of yoga into one practice. This class brings together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses with more dynamic sequences and standing postures. The Yin component benefits the deep connective tissues and joints in the body. Yang is the contrast and is a more active practice.

All levels welcome.

KURE Power 

Each movement is synchronized to a breath. The breath is given primacy, acting as an anchor as you move from one pose to the next. The dynamic mix of sweat and spirit will challenge you to step up your edge, and unlock your hidden potential.

KURE 26 & 2 

This is a shorter version of the original form of hot yoga, designed with all levels in mind. This class consists of 26 yoga postures and 2 breathing exercises, some of which are performed twice. This hot class is a challenging yet very therapeutic class. Appropriate for all levels and abilities.  Be prepared to sweat and work hard!

KURE Hot Power Core Fusion

A powerful and dynamic class targeting the fundamental strength of the entire core along with lengthening and releasing of the entire body.  You can be ABSolutely sure to feel the benefits of the class in NO time.

KURE Burn

A HIIT style class that starts with arms, followed by body and legs finished with abs.  You will push, sweat, and move during this 1 hour class.  An easily addictive class that provides a great work out, wonderful stretch and the best part  of all a savasana.  All levels welcome!

KURE Soul Flow

A more soulful light flow through your yoga poses with music in mind.  A little extra movement as we settle into poses which are geared to help build strength and flexibility.
Tap inside yourself a little deeper, release a little more...  This class is geared to all levels and abilities.

KURE Vinyasa Flow

In this class poses are strung together with the steady cycle of inhales and exhales providing you with a calming, mental focal point.  The continual movements from one pose to another gives you added cardiovascular strengthening ending with the relaxational benefits of savasana.
